Severe waterlogging in LGBI Airport area

Guwahati: Severe waterlogging was witnessed in the LGBI Airport this morning, disrupting transportation to the airport and giving a harrowing time to those going to and coming out from the airport.
The deluge – the exact cause of which has not been ascertained – affected the main road and parking lot 9, affecting vehicular movement to and from the airport.
The water from the parking lot was stated to be cleared to some extent later.
