Spruced-up Kolkata terminal completes first trial run

Kolkata: The new terminal of Kolkata airport completed its first trial run successfully on Sunday afternoon.
With 104 check-in counters, 25 security kiosks, 18 aerobridges, 53 remote stands for aircraft, modernised luggage handling system and other amenities, the terminal can handle nearly 54,000 passengers a day once fully operational.
