Indore: Due to heavy rains and inclement weather in Bhopal, passengers of Delhi-bound Air India flight had to remain stranded at Indore airport for about five hours before the flight left for Bhopal around 1.30 pm on Tuesday.
According to report, Air India flight AI 633 carrying 150 passengers on board had landed at Indore airport on its scheduled time at 7.15 am from Mumbai. The plane was supposed to take off from the airport at 7.50 en route to Delhi via Bhopal.
However, on account of heavy rains in Bhopal and poor visibility at Bhopal airport, Bhopal-bound passengers of the plane remained stranded at Indore airport for almost five hours before it took off for Bhopal around 1.30 pm.
