Kanda denies contact with Geetika

New Delhi: Former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda on Thursday told Delhi Police he had no connection with ex-air hostess Geetika Sharma for the last 45 days before she committed suicide.
Kanda, who had floated MDLR Airlines, is the prime accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case. The Delhi Police on Thursday said Sharma had left two suicide notes before committing suicide on August 5. She wrote both the letters on the same day, police sources said. According to reports, the police have also got in touch with one Ankita whom Geetika had named in her suicide note. The police said Ankita is currently out of India and will be questioned soon in connection to the case.
