Bangalore: Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) on Tuesday announced that it has deployed IBM’s technology platform to integrate passengers, partners and airport operations and conform to internationally approved Aviation Information Data Exchange (AIDX).
Through this, BIAL has now become the first Indian airport to have technology infrastructure to implement several customer-friendly solutions and achieve better collaboration and on-time performance.
