New Delhi: Jet Airways and Air India have announced a hike in fuel surcharge by Rs 150 on all flights less than 1,000 km.
For longer distance flights, a passenger will now have to pay Rs 250 more as fuel surcharge.
The fuel surcharge has been hiked because of the recent 7.6 per cent increase in the sale price of aviation turbine fuel.
