New Delhi: A man has been arrested for allegedly carrying his revolver without its valid licence in check-in baggage at the IGI airport here, police said today.
A revolver was recovered from Rahul Porwal's baggage when it was being screened by the DIAL security staff yesterday, a senior police official said.
Porwal was to board the GoAir's Delhi-Srinagar flight when he was asked to come for physical check of the baggage, in which the revolver was found.
