Vijay Mallya came, saw, and lashed out at journos

Greater Noida: Would he, wouldn’t he? In the end, Sahara Force India team principal Vijay Mallya did turn up at the Buddh International Circuit on Saturday. And the flamboyant businessman, who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons, lashed out at the media for ‘unfairly’ targeting him all these weeks.
The employees of Kingfisher Airlines were planning to protest outside the Buddh International Circuit on Saturday over unpaid salaries. Very recently, the airline had its licence suspended by civil aviation authorities. A Hyderabad court had also issued an arrest warrant against Mallya in a cheque bounce case , but it was withdrawn.
“Was there any doubt about my presence here?” he supposedly asked a foreign journalist. “Obviously if I am not at my home GP, why should I be anywhere else? Why should there be even an iota of doubt that I wouldn’t be here? I just don’t understand it,” he said.
