CCTV footage shows the man leaving counter number 26 with the bag, which contained the officer’s PAN card, identity card and other documents, police said.
The footage showed that the man, who was getting cleared at counter number 26, stole the bag from from the adjacent counter number 25 and walked away.
The officer was on duty at counter number 25. He was checking passengers of an Air China flight around 4 am when he noticed that his bag was missing. After completing his work, he asked his colleagues if they had seen the bag, police said.
