New Delhi: Senior IPS officer B K Maurya has been appointed as the new Executive Director (Security) of national carrier Air India.
Maurya, a 1990-batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre, was till now serving as Inspector General in Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) here.
The post was lying vacant for some months following the repatriation of IPS officer S C Mathur to Maharashtra.
