Agra: A helicopter service connecting Delhi and the holy town of Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh has started.
Jayant Choudhary, the MP and son of Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh, formally inaugurated the service here on Wednesday evening.
Vrindavan's eminent musician Acharya Jaimini welcomed the service.
Jaimini told a news agency that since a taxi hire from Delhi's airport to Vrindavan costs Rs 3,000, "no one will mind paying Rs 3,700 for a chopper ride".
