Mumbai: Private carrier Jet Airways today said it has inducted one brand new A330-300 aircraft in its fleet and it would take the delivery of one more such plane later this month.
The first of the new series of Airbus A330-300 aircraft will commence operations from December 22, a Jet Airways press release said.
The airline will deploy the new plane to service its Mumbai-Brussels-Mumbai sectors; it said adding the first two of these aircraft, will replace its two leased Airbus A300-200 aircraft.
Last month Jet Airways had said it will be replacing its two A330-200s with four A330-300s by this fiscal.
