Kingfisher Airlines gets 2 years respite for revival plan

New Delhi: Debt ridden airliner, Kingfisher Airlines has got itself a 2 year respite from the government whereby, it can come up with its total financial revival plan within the time frame. This will be despite the flying license getting expired on the 31st of December, 2012. This makes it a lot tougher of Kingfisher however, as the Vijay Mallya owned airliner will need to comply with more conditions for it to fly again.
According to details available to the Economic Times, the DGCA wants the company to give a clear idea of its funds position in the revival plan. Submission of the revival plan is the precondition for giving permission to resume its operations. As per the demands, there should be adequate detail about working capital, funds for clearing employee dues, condition of aircrafts' standard equipment, and also pilots medical requirement fulfilled.
