Hyderabad: The CCTV footage of hangar-3 on Monday night suggests that the fire mishap was an accident and availability of trained fire personnel at the hangar could have prevented the mishap.
Analysis of the 16-minute video footage between 11.25pm and 11.41pm reveals that security personnel had at least five minutes time to react and control the fire, provided they were trained in how to use fire extinguishers that were available at the hangar.
Instead of using the three fire portable extinguishers available at the spot, the security guards made a futile attempt to douse the flames using a small quantity of water available there in three buckets.
