The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) and Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) may move the Supreme Court together against Kingfisher to recover their tax dues, reports Kritika Saxena of CNBC-TV18.

The tax authorities around 10-15 days back said that they are outlining a detailed plan on the methodology to be used to recover their tax dues from Kingfisher Airlines.
Both CBEC and CBDT have filed a joint petition or joint Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court to recover their tax dues that Kingfisher Airlines owes. According to the sources, the total tax dues currently stand at around Rs 329 crore.
