Kolkata: At least 90 people, most of them differently-abled and senior citizens, are stranded at the Kolkata Airport since 6:30 pm Sunday as the SpiceJet flight which was supposed to fly them to Chennai at 8:30 pm was postponed.
Initially, the airline had said that the 8:30 pm flight would depart at 9:30 pm, but later rescheduled it for 11 pm.
The airline then said there was a technical problem in the flight and another plane was being requisitioned which would take off at 2 am.
