Indore: Jet Airways passengers from Indore to Ahmedabad had a harrowing time on Tuesday night as the flight was late by around two hours due to intense fog in the other connecting cities. The flight lands to the city via Kolkata, Patna and Lucknow. The scheduled departure of Indore-Ahmedabad connecting flight 9W 2514 is 9.40pm. It reaches Ahmedabad at 11 pm. On Tuesday, it departed at 11.50pm and reached Ahmedabad at around 1.15am adding to the passenger woes who have already been complaining about the odd timings of the particular flight.
"Patna and Lucknow had dense fog which delayed the flight in Indore," said a Jet Airways official. A source at the airport too attributed the delay to the foggy weather.
