Patna: Patna police, acting on a tip-off, arrested Rahul Kumar alias Sanjay Singh alias Bihari who made a threatening call to the Patna airport last year. He was arrested from Bodh Gaya in Gaya district on Monday night and brought over to Patna on Wednesday.
City SP Jayant Kant said, "Rahul purchased a sim card with a fake ID of Arvind Yadav and made a hoax call on a landline phone of Jaya Prakash Narayan International Airport on August 23 last year, identifying himself as an ISI agent. He threatened to blow up the airport within two hours."
Police started tracing all the incoming and outgoing calls of the officials concerned. The tower location of the caller's number was traced in Gaya district.
