Uzbek women frequenting India illegally denied bail

New Delhi: A Delhi court has rejected the bail plea of two Uzbek national women, caught at IGI airport with fake visas during immigration clearance, after police claimed that they could provide clues to unearth a major racket.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sameer Bajpai dismissed the bail application of Dilnoza Juraeya and Mamadalieva Dilbar saying they have not only illegally "overstayed" in India but were also using forged multiple entry visa.
"Allegation against the accused is serious in nature. The accused allegedly acted in pre-planned and deliberate manner.
"They not only overstayed in India and made their exit by using forged multiple entry visa but again visited India on the basis of said forged multiple entry visa," the court said.
