Indo-Canadians, specifically Punjabi passengers, using the cheap Air China airline and are forced to endure problems relating to language, food preference and quality service from the on-air personnel.
This has got Progressive Intercultural Community Services Society (PICS) chief Charan Gill riled up and this week he sent off a strongly-worded letter to the Air China as well as to the local Chinese government consulate.
“I’m writing this letter to bring to your attention several complaints I’ve received,” Gill, who is the CEO of PICS which actively promote harmony and intercultural understanding.
Air China sees a significant amount of Indian passengers as they choose the Beijing or Shanghai route to travel to their homeland.
Gill told the LINK that many passengers are extremely upset and their complaints to the
Airline is not being dealt with and this is a reason he took immediate action.
