Elusive murder bid accused arrested at Mangalore Airport


Kasargod: The prime accused in an attempt to murder case was caught at Mangalore International Airport on Saturday March 16.
The accused is identified as Zainul Abid (28), who was wanted for a murder attempt on Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) worker Jyotish (24) from Anangoor.
On February 5, Jyotish was attacked by a group of five persons at Nullipady while he was returning after distributing invitation cards for a marriage to be held the following week. While four of them were arrested, Abid had managed to escape and was on the run ever since.
