Indore: Air passengers could check in at the Devi Ahilya airport from all counters. This will save their time. Indore airport is chosen amongst 25 others for this facility by the Airport Authority of India (AAI).
Airport director RN Shinde said that in a recent circular the (AAI) has indicated that passengers would be able to avail check-ins from all counters irrespective of the commercial airlines they are to fly.
A passenger can check in for any flight being operated by any carrier from any counter.
Order for making such a facility workable is awaited. The new international style terminal caters to movements of 46 flights every day.
