Muzaffarpur: The court of chief judicial magistrate (CJM), Muzaffarpur, S P Singh, on Friday issued a body warrant against the owner of GoAir, J Wadia, managing director Sunil Katyani, pilot Capt. Christopher and seven others of the flight on their failure to physically present themselves in the court on Februray 25, 2013, in connection with a case filed by a local lawyer, Sudheer Kumar Ojha, on November 22, 2012. The next date of hearing of the case has been fixed on July 18.The complainant said he had to miss Chhath festival in Muzaffarpur on November 18 because of the last minute cancellation of GoAir flight from New Delhi to Patna on the day. Ojha had complained that after the cancellation of the forenoon flight, the passengers had been advised by the flight management to turn up at the airport at 4 pm. But, that flight, too, was cancelled at the last moment.
