Anti-Posco leader Abhay Sahoo arrested


Bhubaneswar: Abhay Sahoo, who has been spearheading the anti-Posco movement for eight years, was arrested from Biju Patnaik airport here on Saturday while he was on his way to board a flight to Chennai.
"We arrested him in connection with the March 2 bomb blast at Dhinkia village in which three persons were killed," SP (Jagatsinghpur) Satyabrata Bhoi told TOI.
Dhinkia is considered headquarters of the anti-Posco stir. Narahari Sahoo, Tarun Mandal and Manas Jena were killed in the explosion while they were possibly preparing crude bombs that went off accidentally.
