Mumbai: The domestic airport authorities has permitted autos to enter the canopy at the departure terminal and leave passengers right up to the main gate, in view of the coming monsoons.
Veena Pillai from MIAL said, "We decided to shift the auto drop point for passengers in consultation with the traffic police. In fact, autos will be directed to a dedicated lane closer to the terminal and passengers will be dropped right near the gate."
