Four held for credit card fraud in Air India staff's name


New Delhi:  The Economic Offences Wing of the crime branch has busted a gang of cheats and arrested four men. They had got as many as 57 credit cards fraudulently issued in the name of Air India employees and duped Citibank of over Rs 50 lakh, police said on Thursday. Two of the accused are sons of Air India employees, added cops.
The arrested have been identified as Mayank Jain (28), Roshan Dass (27), Kuldeep Srivastava (23) and Ashok Ganwani (35).
Joint commissioner (EOW), Sandeep Goyal, said that Mayank Jain and Roshan Dass had worked in an insurance company and were unable to meet their rising expenses due to which they thought of committing this fraud.
