Vellore: As many as 11 Navy pilots and 3 Coast Guard pilots who underwent the helicopter conversion course at the INS Rajali Naval Air Station in Arakkonam, received their coveted ‘Wings’ from the Vice Admiral Bimal Kumar Verma, Chief of Staff, Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command, at a function at the base on Saturday.
