Smartphone users will be able to access important information related with Sanganer airport in Jaipur and can get their complaints addressed through a specially designed app QR-Core .
A person will have to scan a QR code visible at different places in the airport through his smartphone. Scanning of the code will take the user to the app which will provide two options, one for feedback and the other for airport information.
General information, loss and found baggages, car parking, airport details, airlines information, special assistance, shopping and bank and city info will be available in the Airport Information section whereas the user can also submit his feedback or complaint through the feedback section.
