New Delhi: Posing yet another challenge to the Jet-Etihad deal, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has shot off a letter to the Prime Minister urging him to take a "well- informed" decision in the matter, saying the entire government was being dragged into a controversy.
"While it was one minister who has been blamed for the 2G mess, the present case (Jet-Etihad deal) will see your entire government being dragged through the mud.
"Once again, our relations with a foreign nation will be made to suffer - for the personal, vested interests of a few unscrupulous people," he said in the letter written on Tuesday.
In the three-page letter, Dubey referred to the questions raised by SEBI regarding the Rs 2,058 crore deal regarding "effective control" of the airline.
