New Delhi: Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has found deficiencies in maintenance and operational documents of various airlines during regulatory audits, the Rajya Sabha was informed on Tuesday.
DGCA observed lack of system to facilitate management of the distribution and revisions of operational documents, lack of man power and training, Minister of State for Civil Aviation K C Venugopal told the Upper House in a written reply to a query.
