Thane: A chartered helicopter going to Aurangabad from Juhu airport crashed between two valleys near Naneghat about 100 km from Mumbai, killing all five people on board.This included the two pilots.
The crashed plane was discovered by the villagers.
The chopper reportedly belonged to private operator United Heli Charters.The accident occurred due to the chopper coming in contact with electric wires in a rural area of neighbouring Thane district, ATC sources said.
