Elderly, disabled can have an aerial view

In the last few years, devotee Chetan (last name not known) has had to put off taking his aging parents to see Lalbaugcha Raja every year due to the kilometre-long queue.
However, this year, Chetan has latched on to the opportunity of giving them an aerial view of the Raja.
A city-based charter aviation company, Yagnya Aviation, has started packages for senior citizens and the disabled, wherein they will be taken in helicopters to see Lalbaugcha Raja on the immersion day.
With the aircraft to be positioned around 1,000 metres above the ground, the hour-long journey will cost Chetan Rs15,000 per seat. Director of Yagnya Aviation Nandan Korgaonkar said, “We had this segment of devotees (senior citizens and the disabled) in mind... These people don’t get to see Bappa due to their age or disability.”
