Kochi: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) will consider the case filed by the NGO, People’s Movement For Civil Liberties, against Air India in connection with the issues related with the emergency landing of Air India Express flight in Thiruvananthapuram in October 2012.
According to Mathew Paul, president of the People’s Movement For Civil Liberties, the SHRC chairman, Justice Benjamin Koshy, will consider the case in the sitting scheduled at the civil station on November 22.
