Margao: Goans for Dabolim Only (GFDO) have demanded that the land acquired for the Mopa airport be returned to the rightful owners.
"GFDO will not rest until the land snatched so callously from the people is returned to its rightful owners," said GFDO convener, Fr Eremito Rebello. Rebello said that the people of Goa had voted out the previous government and wanted change. He expressed disappointment that chief minister Manohar Parrikar still completed the land acquisition started by the previous regime for Mopa.
