Chennai: Ship of TCS’ a team represented by Jayakanthan Ranganathan and Priyambad Patnaik of Tata Consultancy Services emerged as the winner of Air India Tourism quiz competition, held here recently.
On account of Tourism week celebrations, Air India, the national carrier had organised a quiz for corporate sector at Radisson Blu, Temple Bay, Mamallapuram.
Over 120 teams from Multi National Companies, software firms, Banks, and Government bodies took part the quiz programme.
Jayakanthan Ranganathan and Priyambad Patnaik availed free tickets to Sydney in Australia with three night and three day stay at a five star hotel.
‘Six Apram Seven’ a team from the firm Nadhi, came second and bagged two free tickets to Hong Kong with two nights and three days stay in a four star hotel.
Air India has offered the third winning team from Maarga Systems, ‘Sydney Than Enakku’ two free tickets on the Chennai-Singapore-Chennai sector with two nights and three days stay in a four star hotel.
