Hyderabad: Two persons from Kerala were detained by customs officials at RGIA on Wednesday night for evading duty on banned tobacco product gutka and cloth meant for making burqas. They arrived in the city by an Air India from Dubai. Customs officials said during luggage checking they found thousands of gutka packets and cloth running into several meters in luggage belonging to Abdul Khadeer and Salim Abdullah.
