Kochi: A report prepared by Kitco after studying the proposal for building the airport at Aranmula was altered when it was submitted to the Travancore Devaswom ombudsman, the high court was informed on Friday.
Kerala Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation (Kitco) has now told the court that its study report didn't mention anything about shortening the flag mast of Aranmula Parthasarathy temple or displacement of its 'gopuram' (main entrance).
Pointing out these aspects, a senior project engineer of Kitco has given a representation to the ombudsman alleging that its report was manipulated.
A division bench comprising justices T R Ramachandran Nair and B Kemal Pasha on Friday directed to make Kitco a party in the case, taking the view that Kitco has to be heard further.
