From unpaid Kingfisher staff to home guards, all troop to CM

Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal did not attend office on Monday, down with fever and cold. But that did not deter a stream of visitors from turning up at his residence in Kaushambi — from unpaid employees of Kingfisher Airlines to home guards and Jats from Delhi and Haryana.
The laid-off employees of Kingfisher Airlines had not been paid their salaries for 17 months. Delhi Police home guards were not happy with their service conditions. The Jats were seeking reservations.
A delegation of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANMs) working in MCD hospitals and dispensaries, personnel working for CATS ambulances and NDMC employees, who hold contract jobs, also reached Kejriwal's residence to demand regularisation.
