Air, rail traffic disrupted as fog hoodwinks Sat dawn

Jaipur: The air, rail and road traffic were disrupted again in the state due to dense fog and mist on Saturday. There was also no respite from shivering cold as icy winds swept across the northern and eastern parts of the state. There was though comparative rise in minimum temperature. Mount Abu in hills and Churu in plains remained coldest in the state recording a minimum temperature of 3 degrees and 4.7 degrees Celsius respectively.
At least six early morning flights arrived late at the Jaipur airport due to which the passengers waiting for the departure flights remained stranded. The passengers who wished to travel to Sharjah experienced the same problem they had witnessed a couple of days ago.
