Bhubaneswar: The new domestic terminal will soon have a multi-purpose business centre that will help executives of top companies to organize meetings and avail secretarial services, airport sources said.
For official meetings, the executives won't have to check in hotels. Once they land at the Biju Parnaik airport, they can have their meetings at the airport conference hall and return from there itself. This is said to be first of its kind in India.
"We are keeping ready five deluxe rooms, a conference hall with a seating capacity of 50 persons and a restaurant, where all varieties of food will be available," said airport director Sharad Kumar, pointing out that the facility is being created to make the airport a preferred destination for business class passengers.
