Tata Elxsi, India's leading design company, today announced its association with GVK group for Mumbai airport's new integrated terminal, Terminal 2 (T2), at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA).
Tata Elxsi was responsible for designing the experiential services for the various consumer touch points at T2 which aims to redefine the passenger experience while enhancing efficiencies and productivity for the airport staff at T2.
Speaking on the development, Nick Talbot - global design head, Tata Elxsi said, ''We are pleased to have worked with the GVK led consortium for the T2 terminal. Tata Elxsi focused on reinventing the passenger experience through innovation, personalization and connectivity.
