Mumbai: Fearing the MNS 'rasta roko' against toll plazas, passengers of not only the first flight flying from T2 but also later flight passengers were seen arriving at the airport from 7 am onwards. Looking at the huge number of passengers, the airport gates that were to open at 9.20 am had to be opened at 8 am itself. The Air India flight AI-343 that was to arrive at 1 pm is delayed and is estimated to land by 1.20 pm. Speaking to MiD DAY, an airport official said, " If the Air India flight gets delayed beyond the estimated time, we will have to allow the Emirates flight to land, making it the first flight landing at the new T2."
