Kochi: Two gold bars, weighing around two kgs and valued at Rs. 60.94 lakh, were seized by the customs officers from a passenger who arrived in Kochi from Kuala Lumpur by an Air Asia flight.
Officials of Air Intelligence Unit intercepted the passenger Kallattayil Hydru Shaju, hailing from Thrissur district, who arrived from Kuala Lumpur late last night.
