Bhubaneswar: Trial run of international flights at Biju Patnaik Airport here will begin in first week of March.
The decision to this effect was taken at a meeting, chaired by chief secretary J K Mohapatra, here on Monday. "We have provided the required manpower for health, immigration, customs and quarantine services at the international terminal. I have asked the airport officials to organize training of personnel soon," said Mohapatra.
He directed airport director Sharad Kumar to expedite the process of getting flight schedules from ministry of civil aviation.
