A passenger coming from Dubai was caught at the RGI airport while he was trying to smuggle gold wires by concealing them inside bras.The gold wires, weighing 467 gram, were also coated with aluminium paint. The Malayali passenger, identified as Muhammad Iqbal, had denied having any dutiable goods.
Another passenger, who was on the same flight as Iqbal, was caught trying to smuggle 465 gram of gold. Shaik Jaleel, is from Hyderabad.
