Why Indigo airlines staff deboarded Kerala Strikers' star cricketers!

New Delhi: The Indigo Airlines on Thursday deboarded 28-member squad of Kerala Strikers at Cochin International Airport for allegedly misbehaving with the crew. The team, comprising of actors who are participating in the ongoing Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), had boarded the 1 PM flight from Cochin to Hyderabad.
Speaking exclusively to Dailybhaskar.com, Aji Pattath, Organiser, CCL, who was travelling with the team claimed the players merely “clapped” after one of the air-hostesses finished demonstrating the on-board safety instructions.
“The air-hostess then confronted us and asked who whistled. The fact is that nobody whistled. They just clapped,” he insisted.
“The airhostess then said, ‘I want to see how you people fly now,’ and complained the matter to the captain. Captain Ajay Mishra then asked for a written apology from us, but we refused since we had done nothing wrong.
