Dreamliner snag leaves passengers fuming for 7 hours

New Delhi: Boeing 787 Dreamliner developed yet another technical glitch and the passengers had a to bear the brunt for hours at the IGI Airport.
AI 113 Delhi Birmingham was slated to take off from IGI Airport New Delhi at 1: 30 pm. The customary AI greeting happened. Doors were closed, safety drills explained and then the flight just didn't take off. The passengers waited for some time but when they started getting up from their seats after an hour they were told that the aircraft would take off at 3 pm. That off course didn't happen. The take off was then fixed for 5:30 pm and then that also didn't happen. Passengers allege that all this while the crew members were rude with the passengers and did not even bother to listen to the passengers. " To our simple question on flight status we were told that they had no idea. All that the pilot announced was that there was a technical glitch" revealed a passenger.
