Bangalore: A special court for economic offences in Bangalore on Thursday issued a show cause notice to the Cubbon Park police inspector for his failure to serve summons on Vijay Mallya, chairman and MD of Kingfisher Airlines (KAL).
The court had issued summons to Mallya in relation to criminal cases filed by the income tax department for non-remittance of TDS amount to the government.
