With the Jumbo aircraft all set to enter the Indian skies from the end of this month, passengers are being lured with attractive offers by the airlines. The aircraft, which has a carrying capacity of over850 passengers, are the largest in the world.
Singapore Airlines, which will be the first to enter with the Jumbo, will fly from Mumbai and New Delhi from May 30. The airline has announced introductory offers for Indian travellers, which includes special fares and bonus frequent flier miles.
The PPS Club – an exclusive recognition programme for members who travel frequently in premium classes on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, will receive an additional 10% discount on the purchase of a Suites ticket on an A380 flight. This exclusive offer is valid for tickets purchased till 15 May for travel between June 1 and July 15.
