Passengers give more likes to AI

New Delhi: Air India scores high among passengers on its overseas flights on factors such as meals served and seat-comfort, but has more to do on factors such as inflight service and entertainment.
According to a survey by global body IATA, Air India’s performance on various parameters was compared to those of 16 other global carriers. The results come ahead of Air India joining the Star Alliance network of 26 carriers that is likely sometime in July.
Air India is also working on implementation of a Customer Service Improvement Plan on various facilities such as check-in. The plan was finalised on Wednesday and the implementation is to begin soon.
